To Whom is our Product Range Intended for?

Our products are exclusively intended for resellers, retailers and manufacturers with the appropriate trade license.
Private individuals / end customers cannot order from us.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value per order is € 100.00 net value of goods.
If the value is less, we have to charge an additional processing fee of € 50.00. The position will remain in your shopping cart until the net value of the goods is reached.

Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity for most articles is 0.100 kg.
Some articles have a fixed pack size that can't be changed.

Shipping Methods

We offer different shipping methods depending on the country. You'll find the selection in the order overview. If possible, the cost of delivery will be displayed directly.

Terms of Payment

We offer the following payment terms:

Payment in advance (pro forma invoice)
Payment by invoice
Payment by direct debit (SEPA direct debit mandate)

New customers receive a pro forma invoice for prepayment for their first order. For subsequent orders the customer account will automatically be switched to the payment term invoice.

You are also welcome to send us a direct debit. In this case, please send us the completed SEPA direct debit mandate, which you can download here.

Other payment methods are currently not possible.

Delivery Time

We usually need 3-5 working days from receipt of the order to dispatch. The delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and the recipient country. Within Germany, the goods are usually delivered in 1-2 working days.

Order of Samples

You're able to order up to 10 samples (approx. 10 grams) free of charge.
However, if you require a large number of samples please contact us by email verkauf@galke.com

If you require larger samples we will be happy to offer you these for a fee. In this case, please also contact us at the above email address.

Explanation of Express and Priority Costs

Only for deliveries within Germany:

DPD Express 6 pm:	regular parcel costs + € 10.00 per parcel. In addition we charge a prioritisation fee of €10.00 per express order.
DPD Express 12 am:	regular parcel costs + € 15.00 per parcel. In addition we charge a prioritisation fee of €10.00 per express order.
DPD Express 8:30 am:	regular parcel costs + € 47.00 per parcel. In addition we charge a prioritisation fee of €10.00 per express order.

Explanation of Pricing System

From 5 kg:	List price * Quantity
Between 1 kg and 4.999 kg:	List price + € 1.50 * Quantity
Less than 1 kg:	List price * quantity + € 2.10 per pack
From 5 containers & 5 kg or more:	List price + € 0.50 * Quantity

without full testing for compliance with the specifications according to the valid Ph. Eur. monograph (or subordinate valid ones, e.g. DAB, DAC)

without testing for compliance with the limits according to Ph. Eur. (current version) 2.8.13 Pesticide residues

without testing for compliance with the limits according to Ph. Eur. (current version 2.8.18 Aflatoxin B1 as well as the Aflatoxin Prohibition VO)

without testing for compliance with the heavy metal limits of the monograph "Herbal Drugs" according to Ph. Eur. (current version) 2.4.27 and

without testing for compliance with the microbiological acceptance criteria according to Ph. Eur. (current version) 5.1.8, cat. A.

I am aware that I am thus not permitted to use the drug for the manufacture of either a prescription drug or a defect drug within the meaning of § 1 Para. 9 and 10 ApBetrO.
