Those who care about quality and care finish their raw materials themselves - as far as possible and sensible. It is no different for us at Galke. After all, the processing of drugs and other vegetables is precision work. This includes over 100 years of know-how and individual techniques for gentle processes. We prefer neither old nor new, but always what seems optimal to achieve our goals. High-tech equipment harmonises with traditional production processes.
At Galke, we combine art and craft, tradition and innovation, man and machine. The result is an incredible range of vegetables of the most diverse kinds.
Due to our high quality standards, we prefer whole goods - vegetable raw materials that have not yet been crushed or processed in any other way. In-house lot and batch numbers enable us to trace back to the producer in the countries of origin.
Processing takes place in our own production facilities according to GMP guidelines. Quality verification is carried out by external testing laboratories with regard to pharmacopoeia and food quality. We are increasingly supplying products with certification in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/848 for goods from controlled organic cultivation. Our company is also Kosher-certified.
In addition to suitable technology, we place particular trust in the knowledge of experienced and passionate employees. After all, the "good nose", which is difficult to learn, plays an important role in our industry.
