The climatic conditions for our organic Alpine herbs are ideal in South Tyrol. However, the work there is also particularly difficult.

On the steep mountain slopes with their thin layer of humus, the plants are supplied with the optimum amount of nitrogen, and the low rainfall with sunny days and cool nights does the rest.
Although the barren environment leads to much lower yields, the plants produce more vibrant colors than elsewhere due to the short vegetation period.

Careful drying enables a particularly high level of ingredients to be preserved.
