Whistleblowing
Our Reporting Office for Whistleblowers
We want to be informed about any illegal activity within our company so that we can investigate and prevent such behavior. Therefore, we encourage everyone – whether employee, former colleague, customer, supplier, or third party – to report any suspected legal violations to us.
As a general rule, employees should first contact their supervisor. External individuals can contact their designated contact person within the company. We understand that this is not always practical or possible. Therefore, we have established a confidential reporting channel for individuals who have obtained information about violations in a professional context.
Anyone can contact our data protection officer directly; they and their team receive reports. You can initially reach them by email or phone. Depending on your needs as a whistleblower, they will also provide you with a secure digital platform for exchanging information and/or arrange a meeting with you.
Here's how to reach our reporting office:

Further information on how we handle personal data can be found in our privacy policy under the section "Whistleblowers".
We ask for your understanding that the reporting system should only be used to report violations of laws, guidelines, or regulations that we have imposed on ourselves. The reporting system is not intended for general complaints or warranty claims.
You also have the option of contacting a relevant external reporting body listed in Sections 19-23 of the German Act on the Protection of Victims of Violence (HinSchG) or participating in a reporting procedure initiated by bodies, institutions, or other entities of the European Union.
